The Hotel is fully air-conditioned. Each room is equipped with a remote control unit, which can be used to adjust the temperature in each room to your comfort.

AIRLINE RESERVATION AND RE-CONFIRMATION
You will find a list of Airline Reservation Offices in the back section of your Service Directory. If you need assistance for re-confirmation of flights, contact the Reception Desk

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
NoiBai International Airport is located about 40 minutes'drive from the Hotel. To make arrangements for transportation, please contact the Reception Desk.

BABY -SITTER
Available upon request and a 6-hour lead time is required. Please contact the Housekeeping Department.

BAGGAGE SERVICE
Please contact the Concierge for storage or pick -up for departure.

CREDIT CARDS, CREDIT ARRANGEMENT AND CHEQUE ENCASHMENT
In settling your account, the Front Office Cashier accepts Travelers' Cheques and Credit Cards such as American Express, Visa International and Master Card. To establish other credit arrangements, please contact the Accountant Department. We regret that we do not accept personal cheques in settlement of your account or for encashment.

LAUNDRY, DRY-CLEANING AND PRESSING SERVICES
Collection :Before 9.00 am will be returned the same day At 8.00 pm
Collection :After 9.00 am will be returned the next day by 11.00 am

Kindly refer to the price list which you will find in your room and mark the items consumed. This should be handed to the Reception Desk on your departure. Your mini-bar items will be replenished daily. Incase you do need additional items, please contact the Housekeeping Department.
